We ship to select international countries at a flat rate of $20.00 USD.

⏱️ PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Production Time:

Since all our products are custom-made just for you, please allow 2-5 business days for production after your order is placed.

Shipping Time:

United States: 3-5 business days after production

Canada: 5-10 business days after production

International: 10-20 business days after production

Total Time: Production time + Shipping time

🚚 Do you provide tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package 📲.

✏️ Changes to Your Order

Before Production (within 24 hours):
Need to change your personalization, size, or color? No problem! Contact us immediately at contact.findandgift@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you need. We'll do our best to update your order before it goes into production.

After Production Starts:
Once your personalized item is in production (usually after 24 hours), we cannot make changes or cancel the order. The item is already being custom-made with your specifications.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your personalized gift 💝! Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds:

Because each item is custom-made just for you with your unique personalization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless there's a defect or error on our part.

✅ We'll Make It Right If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective 🔧
  • We made a printing or production error ❌
  • You received the wrong item 📦
  • The quality doesn't meet our standards 🌟

⏰ Reporting Issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📩 contact.findandgift@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and send you a replacement at no extra cost if approved! 🎁

🚫 What We Can't Accept:

  • Returns due to incorrect personalization details you provided (please double-check your customization before ordering!)
  • Change of mind after the item is produced
  • Size, color, or design preferences that were selected during checkout

💡 Before You Order:

Please carefully review:

  • ✓ Your personalization text (spelling, names, dates)
  • ✓ Product size and color
  • ✓ Shipping address
  • ✓ Design preview (if provided)

⏱️ Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins. After that, we can't stop the presses! 🖨️

💰 Refunds

If your claim is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it.
