All orders within the United States ship for FREE! No minimum purchase required.

🇨🇦 Canada: Starting at $9.99
Shipping rates for Canada vary based on product type and order quantity, starting at $9.99 USD.

🌍 International: $20.00
We ship to select international countries at a flat rate of $20.00 USD.

⏱️ PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Production Time:
Since all our products are custom-made just for you, please allow 2-5 business days for production after your order is placed.

Shipping Time:

  • United States: 3-5 business days after production
  • Canada: 5-10 business days after production
  • International: 10-20 business days after production

Total Time: Production time + Shipping time

📍 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

All our products are made-to-order and personalized according to your specifications. This means:

  • Each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order
  • We partner with trusted fulfillment centers in the United States to ensure quality and fast delivery
  • Your order ships directly from our production facility to your door

📦 SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and other trusted delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely.

🚫 WHAT WE DON'T OFFER

  • Expedited/Rush Shipping: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer expedited production or shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: Some products cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. We recommend using a physical address.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact.findandgift@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

⏰ Reporting Issues

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and send you a replacement at no extra cost if approved! 🎁

🚫 What We Can't Accept:

  • Returns due to incorrect personalization details you provided (please double-check your customization before ordering!)
  • Change of mind after the item is produced
  • Size, color, or design preferences that were selected during checkout

⏱️ Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins. After that, we can't stop the presses! 🖨️

💰 Refunds

If your claim is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it.
